I trained in diagnostic radiology at a US four-year program which was completed in 2006, and completed a fellowship in interventional radiology in 2007. I currently do mostly diagnostic radiology at a Level 2 trauma hospital. Procedures with which I have had the most experience with in the past are the following: graft and fistula evaluation, tunnel catheters, vascular catheters, PICCs, venous ports, lumbar punctures, epidural pain management, paracentesis, thoracentesis, biopsies, abscess drainages, suprapubic urinary catheters, arteriography, venography, trauma embolizations, IVC filters, and fluoroscopy. Currently, I am licensed in ten states, but I would be willing to be licensed in states other than those in which I am already licensed. My current RVUs for the 2009 year exceed 7200.The environment which I think suits me best is a group situation, either hospital or clinic-based, with a centralized PACS system with transciptionists. I have had some exposure to voice recognition systems however. I also would enjoy finding a job at which I could do overtime, either at night or on weekends on a per case/body part or shift basis. The best way to reach me would be to email me a specific description of the job to my email address orotic2001@aol.com. I have 3 references that I can provide from my current job assignment.
