Dear Potential Employer;
My name is Dr. Liaquat N. Malik, and I am looking for a Diagnostic Radiology position. My wife and I would like to relocate as our daughters are now grown and have left the area to pursue opportunities elsewhere, and we are ready for a change of scenery.
I have been a radiologist for the past twenty-five years. For approximately twenty of these past years, I have been working as a general radiologist at Graham Hospital and Coleman Clinic, both in Canton, Illinois as well as at Mason District Hospital, in Havana, Illinois. I am happy to say that I have had a great working relationship with all staff at each location and have had no disciplinary actions whatsoever.
Prior to my move to Canton, IL, I had completed a fellowship in Neuroradiology from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, in Baltimore, Maryland. Before that, I was employed as a general radiologist at the St. Vincent’s Medical Center of Richmond in Staten Island, New York, for five years. Preceding this, I did my residency in diagnostic radiology at the New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York. I graduated from King Edward Medical College, and obtained my Bachelor’s of Science from Government College, both in Pakistan.
If you feel I may be a fit for any of the diagnostic radiology positions you might have open, or if you need more information, please do not hesitate to contact me. I am available for interviews whenever convenient, as my schedule is flexible.
Thank you for taking the time out of your day to read this letter. I really look forward to hearing from you soon.
