RadWorking.com supports automatic bulk posting of jobs as an alternative to entering jobs by hand. With bulk posting, you build data files from your company's job data and submit them to RadWorking.com via FTP or Email. Files can be created in any of the following common formats:
*If using an XLS, convert it to a CSV before submission. (File -> Save as Type: CSV)
Using the job specifications below, begin building your jobs files now. Test your data at any time using the Job File Checker. Once the File Checker confirms your data is ready, contact bulkpost@RadWorking.com to get login access to the bulk posting system.
Info for Employers & Recruiters:
Every file you submit should
contain all your active jobs. Jobs currently posted on RadWorking.com will be updated with the new data you
submit (duplicate jobs won't be created) and any jobs not found in the latest data file, which are
present on the job board, will be removed. Some vendors refer to this configuration as "Erase and Replace".
Info for Ad Agencies:
Submit each job only once. Jobs can't be updated
and resubmissions will result in duplicate job postings.
Also, you must provide a Insertion Order number with each job.
Handling Commas: If you choose to build comma delimited text files, then remember to place double quotes around any field data cells that contain commas within them. Tab delimited files do not suffer this limitation and are therefore recommended over comma delimited files.
Good: Texas,Dallas,"MRI,Ultrasound",XYZ Hospital
Bad: Texas,Dallas,MRI,Ultrasound,XYZ Hospital
Handling Double Quotes: Escape any double quotes within field data cells which are surrounded with double quotes (such as in the above example) by doubling them.
Good: Full Time,"also, being ""on call"" is required",Texas
Bad: Full Time,"also, being "on call" is required",Texas
When using CSV and XLS files, Excel automatically handles these issues for you.
Not all fields are required.
Many have default values that will be used when you don't specify the field in your data file.
You are highly encouraged to generate data for as many of the fields as possible.
Stars represent field importance.
Use them to help you prioritize your time and energy spent in generating the files.
