Pediatric Radiologist in Sunny Southwest
Partnership track or employee Pediatric Radiologist needed for busy private
practice in Albuquerque, NM.
Our group holds a contract with the largest health care delivery system in New Mexico, covering all diagnostic and interventional radiology services for 9 hospitals throughout the state, including all pediatric services. This has remained a stable and valued relationship for over 40 years. We are a predominantly sub-specialized group that encourages radiologist consultation between members in a collaborative and transparent environment.
New hire would join an experienced general pediatric radiologist with an academic background. On-site NICU, PICU, the only pediatric cardiovascular surgical services in the state, three pediatric surgeons, COG member institution. Ability to read fetal MRI and pediatric neuro is preferable. Complex congenital cardiac not required (contracted to a children’s hospital out-of-state). 1.0 FTE position would be shared between the two pediatric radiologists, who will customize their own schedules together. Time not covering pediatric radiology can be spent on any other desired modality.
- Partner track: 1.5 year to partnership. First year has 9 weeks of vacation. Partners enjoy 11 weeks of vacation, bonuses and a generous CME fund.
- Employee: schedule and vacation time can be fully customized, part-time or full-time. No holidays or weekend shifts. Benefits and CME allocation proportional to hours worked.
