Breast Imaging/ Mammography Locums Coverage needed June- November Offering:

Competetive Hourly Rate-1099--Negotiable

Travel Reimbursement: Airfare, Lodging, Rental Car or Mileage.

Professional Liability Coverage: Provided by agency, $1M/$3M Limits, Occurence-Based Policy



Job Details:
  • Schedule: M-F 7:30am -4pm
  • Covering a Hospital & Free standing imaging center
  • No Call
  • Procedures required: Diagnostic and Screening Mammo, 2D/3D, Stereotacic Biopsy, Breast Ultrasound, Dexa scans
  • Average Number of Cases Per Day: 15-20
  • Number of exam rooms: 4
  • Labs onsite
  • Support staff: 3-5 Rad Techs
  • Equipment onsite: GE, Philips, Hologic Mammo, Phillips US, GE Dexa
  • EMR: Epic, Change healthcare PACS
  • FDA Accredited Mammography site
  • Non-ionic Contracts used

Requirements include:
  • ABR (American Board of Radiology) Certification
  • Ohio License
  • BLS Certification
  • Clean Malpractice/Discplinary History
Credentialing Requirements:
  • Initial training in Mammography documentation
  • Initial Training in Digital Mammography if different
  • Initial Training in 3D Mammography
  • Current breast CME 4/1/2021 – 3/31/3024 (Needs 15 breast specific if not covered by his fellowship training)
  • Current number of mammograms read in rolling 24 months
  • Initial training in stereotactic bx--plus six CMEs
