Private radiology practice seeking REMOTE Diagnostic Radiologists, up to $10K referral fee

Northern Light Radiology Associates, a private, non PE backed radiology practice is actively recruiting Fellowship Trained, Board Certified/ Eligible Diagnostic Radiologists across all diagnostic radiology subspecialties to cover our national hospital locations REMOTELY. We offer both Employment and Independent Contractor opportunities, full and part time. If this is not a good fit for you, we would greatly appreciate an introduction - for each referral that results in hiring we offer up to $10,000.00 referral fee. Below are high level terms for each set up, but we are open to bespoke structures in compensation and scheduling to fit individual physician’s circumstances:

Independent Contractor:

• Compensation: $10,000/month minimum fixed payment draw/guarantee for:
• Five and more100% remote shifts per month (Scheduled as mutually agreed).
• $35/wRVU once wRVUs earned per month exceeds $10K
• Malpractice Insurance: Provided by Northern Light with no tail insurance obligations upon exit.

Employment:

• $575,000.00+ annual salary and benefits (401K, healthcare, etc).
• Flexible variable work-shifts.
• On-Site, Hybrid, Remote (Scheduled as mutually agreed).
• 8 full weekends per year (Saturday and Sunday) Scheduled in two 9-hour shifts, On-Site & Remote
• 12-weeks of PTO per year.
• Additional Productivity based compensation.
• CME Allowance.
• Sign-on bonus.
• No requirement to pay tail insurance upon exit.
• No non-competes.

• No after-hours call
