Multiple Teleradiology Positions: Daytime Subspecialty, Early Morning, Evening and Overnight

Select Radiology Solutions (SRS) is seeking remote Radiologists for various teleradiology positions in multiple employment and 1099 models.

• Base salary for W2 employment ranging from $450k to $550k, multiple PTO options, bonus of at least $33/RVU above 80, $5,000 tech/CME fund, and practice 401K contribution after 1st year. Benefits additional to the compensation package and internal moonlighting opportunities are available.
• Partnership track option is available.
• Shifts are generally 8 to 9 hours depending on the time of day. Options include early morning (5a to 1p), daytime (8a-5p), evening (1p to 9p), late (5p to 1a), and overnight (9p to 5a). Other options could be created if desired. 7on/7off (daytime) and 7on/14off (overnight) options are also available.
• Subspecialty reads are directed to the appropriate radiologists thought our smart worklist solution. Applicants should also be comfortable reading general radiology with a mix of inpatient and emergency medicine in a high-volume setting working on a shared list with other subspecialized radiologists.
• Minimal phone calls with 24-hour reading room assistants to screen calls and call-in critical results.
• Candidates must be residency-trained in Diagnostic Radiology and Board-Certified. Prior work experience and any fellowship preferred. Must read from United States, including Puerto Rico. No prelim / international reads.
• Positions also available as 1099, paid as $/wRVU. Rate as high as $40+/wRVU depending on time of day.
• W2 rads eligible for group cash balance plan in addition to 401k.

SRS currently uses Fuji Synapse and Intelerad PACS with Powerscribe 360 and Clario smart list manager software that allows for chat messaging and case collaboration. We use Rad AI to automatically generate report impressions. We have 24/7 clinical extenders and IT staff to minimize phone calls and non-clinical tasks.

Practice Description
Select Radiology Solutions is a division of Radiology Imaging Associates, a private, exclusively physician-owned practice in Central Florida, focusing on providing teleradiology solutions across the US. We are a group of more than 100 radiologists with numerous hospitals and free-standing ER contracts from multiple health systems and imaging centers. Our IT and support staff are in-house and not outsourced. We staff Level I/II Trauma Centers and certified Comprehensive Stroke Centers. Our group is one of the few remaining true private practices, and we intend to capitalize on the dissatisfaction with corporatized/private equity radiology. We have had numerous consecutive years of double-digit growth and are looking to hire sincere, hard-working radiologists to help us to expand further.
