Vascular/Interventional Radiologist Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Facility in Albany, Georgia

A Memorial Hospital is seeking a vascular/interventional radiologist for locum tenens coverage.Find yourself outdoors in Albany, Georgia for your assignment. Check out Bobwhite Coffee Company, the Albany Fish Company, or Cool Scoops.This position follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with weekday call from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM and 24-hour weekend call. The role involves interventional radiology (IR) with general diagnostic reading between cases. Procedures include CT-guided biopsies, ultrasounds, diagnostics for GI bleeds, nephrostomies, and biliary drainages. The diagnostic scope covers plain films, CT scans, MRIs, general reads, ED STAT cases, and trauma cases.
Dates Needed: January 2025 - July 2025
Call Ratio/Schedule: Weekday ( 5pm - 8am) and Weekend call ( 24 hrs)
Case Load/PPD: TBD
Shift Type: Day Shift; Call; 24-Hour Call
Assignment Type: Inpatient
Assignment Duration: Locums
Modalities: Plain films, CT, MRI's, General Reads with ED STATS and Trauma.
Procedures: CT guided biopsies, ultrasounds, DX Geographic for GI Bleeds, Nephrostomy and Biliary Drainages
