Diagnostic Radiologist in Sunny Southwest
Description
Partnership track position for Diagnostic Radiologist in busy private practice in Albuquerque, NM.
Our partners are dynamic and active. We value expertise, speed and accuracy, but also the ability to enjoy the great outdoors and time off. The group is predominantly sub-specialized and looking to add hard-working partners. Our group prides itself on a high degree of cohesion, often participating as teams in races and charity events.
Our group partners with the largest healthcare delivery system in the state. We have enjoyed this partnership for over 40 years, and we work well with our providers.
We interpret predominantly general radiology studies for two outpatient imaging centers and a busy hospital system including 9 hospital locations and 4 Urgent Care/ED locations.
We are currently doing 10 hour evening shifts, 7 days on, 14 off. Overnight coverage is provided by a 3rd party Teleradiology service.
Other shift options may be considered; there is unlimited opportunity to do in-house moonlighting, either hourly or per-click across modalities. We offer geographic flexibility, with the ability to do some or all shifts remotely.
Eighteen months to full partnership with very reasonable buy-in. Experience in private practice and/or neuroradiology is helpful, but any candidate comfortable with a fast-paced environment and competent in typical imaging studies (including CTA) should apply.
A robust quality improvement plan allows quick feedback on reads. Generous CME allocation.

Requirements
Board certification (ABR) required.
